  • Beautifully marbled green-black lens with a vegetal scent that attracts white pepper and wet grass. Complex, rustic taste with an aftertaste of pepper. Very useful lentil for salads, sauces and stir-fries. Perfect also in stews, soups or ground in steaks.

  • Rinse the lenses thoroughly. Boil plenty of water and salt (2.5%). Add the lentils and let them cook gently for 18-20 minutes.
